AFTER READING THE BILL

Im not sure if i can explain this but, ill try not that anyone cares about it but i will fight this industry tooth and nail if i have to ....

In Bretts cellphone the history is dated back to oct.26th for outgoing calls.... some phone calls he made... are not on the bill... and alot of phone calls not in the history are on the bill
oct21. His cellphone said he got a call at 1:44 pm... yet his phone bill says he got 1 call that day for 10:14 pm... does that match

next day it says in history no phone calls made and the bill shows 8???
next day bretts phone says he recieved 3 calls that day... the bill shows only 1? c

the 28t... history recieved no clls.. one on bill.... weird

i could go on and show you like 30 more phone calls not made or recieve but ill just skip ahead to the future

bretts history showed NO outgoing calls made... yet there are 3 on the bill one of which to my parents......
i called my parents got them to check their call display for the day NOV 18th because that was a call on the bill not in his history...
there call display says they did not recieve any calls from us

this is not all it... i can only go as far back as his history allows, and the inconsitancy in the billing is so outrages

i am so tierd and confused from going over the bills and i have to work tomorow... so i am going to have to have to figure it out then

they are definatly going to have some explaining to do when i get ahold of them...

now i have proof
we have turned off his phone as to not erase the history more with new calls...
i am going to get a refund and my contract cancelled... or i will go public and involve the media

BELL if your reading .... u better be scared shit is bout to hit the fan if you dont fix it

manager call backs...

So i wrote the other day that i had called bell and ask to speak to manager... i got told "no managers dont come to the phone... they will call you back withen 24-48 hours, well today at 2pm was the deadline... 48 hours came and passed with out a phone call... so i called them again... (im so tierd of this) and to my surprise i asked to speak to a manager... and got one *gasp* you mean to tell me managers can talk to you with out having to call you back... LIES LIES LIES.....

anyways talking to this manager got me nowhere... cirlces...upsell..circles...upsell..im so dizzy...
he had the nerve to say "you have cut down your usuage by nearly half....."(actually we barely ever use them....) so then why is this bill just as high as every other bill we have recieved??????

Then on the subject of my $50 anniversary credit... the deal that hooked us...
when we signed up we were told we would get this on our one year anniversary... i can specificly remember the rep telling us " so that means next OCTOBER you will get $50 off and the OCTOBER after that you will get $100" MORE LIES.... after speaking with the Steve, the somewhat nice manager we are told... well no... all bcaa credits are taken off in December all at once... so we do have the credit coming our way just 2 months later then we agreed to ....

Now i think thats a breach of contract... and he says "well if you can show where in your contract it says this i will be more than happy to correct it..." well after reading through my contract of course there is nothing in there about our BCAA deal... so we are screwed there...

I asked him if any other cusotmers complain about the outrages bills... and he says no generally people are happy with our service.... my reply... you should Google the words... Bell Sucks... lol... no comment on his end...

anyways i couldnt deal with him anymore, i am trying to be calm and handle this like an adult, but its so hard and am far too emotional for this crap...

so i told him i was tierd of him talking circles, and that i wouldnt take this lying down...
i am printing up fliers this weekend and standing outside metrotown/guilford locations, stoping people before they go in to buy a phone from them... my parents are cancelling their plans this moment... they were smart enough to only sign a one year contract...

my dad is calling now because he got his $50 anniversary credit on his account last month... hmmm weird hey...

If i was told to rate there customer service between one and ten it would take but half a second for me to reply zero.

I would rather still be under my fido contract...lol...

we need support... other people with simmilar problems... i will promise you action will be taken and results will be shown...

keep readin, ill try and keep this up-to-date.... more info when my dad calls me back after he speaks to this steve guy.... probably not anytime soon hes been on hold for half and hour

Couples Plan From Hell Mobility


A Warning to all couples looking to get a couples plan with Bell Mobility.
!!DON'T DO IT!!
They might seem like they are giving you a great deal. But what you don't know is.. You will start getting charged for everything that was included in your plan. Everything you were told was free like call display,caller ID,text messaging, call after 6 PM instead of 8pm !!EVERYTHING!! They tell you if you pay for the phones in cash they will give you your money back and put it onto your bill. They tell you one of you gets first 3 months free the second person you added gets 6 months free. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THEY "TELL YOU" Its all bull.They have so many ' PLANS ' for you to fall for. The worst part is you have to do a 3 year contract. So when you bail out for all the screw ups they are making. they get to bill you thats same screw up with everythign else on your bill for the rest of the 3 years. You have to watch your bill very carefully and call them on every little thing. Make sure you have your Contract in a safe place. They will make you fax if it to them to prove you are suppose to be getting what you claim, and tell you they have no record of it. and It has to be the one with the signature on it, they will not take the copy given to your spouse. They will say they don't have a copy of your contract on hand. THAT'S ALSO A LIE. I wonder how many times they try to take people to court or how many people's wages they manage to garnish. READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE. If its says prices are subject to change or a temp plan..don't sign up for it. That goes for anything. Mine never warned me of all the things they had planned to do. They get their most customers out in the malls like metro town. Be warned.

Our problems with Bell Mobility started right off the bat... We signed up with a "too good to pass up" offer from Bell and BCAA,
my parents signed up, and we had just moved out on our own so we need phones too... We got the couples package(unlimited calling to each other) signed a two year contract, for the first six months we were supposed to receive free call display,text messaging, free long distance (in Canada) free voice mail and a couple other things such as every year we receive a $50 credit on our anniversary...
anyways needless to say from the get-go we had troubles... so we call and we get a sales lady who tells us..." your package needs upgrading, you guys need more daytime" we upgraded too keep the costs down. imagine our surprise when that didn't work...
we call and get the same response..upgrade! frustrated with the outrages bills we were receiving we upgraded more.. upgraded so many times our original $75 dollar a month package, was now a 140 dollar a month package with all the bells and whistles...anything to stop these $300 bills...
Honestly in the beginning i assumed we were talking too much... but as we cut our phone usage down more and more, we were still receiving the same way too high bills...
On the subject of the bills... can anyone read these... if so please help me understand it. they are so confusing (as if on purpose so we cant see where we are getting screwed)
When we had a rough patch the bill piled up ... can u imagine 3 months not paying and having a $979 phone bill.... i know people that don't pay that for one year cell phone usage with telus..
anyways we get this call saying pay it or it will be disconnected, i asked the guy not to disconnected as it was our only phone and told him i would call and get it paid for before the end of the day. He was nothing but rude... complete and utter A**hole, i was so appalled by his attitude i asked him for his name... he said thank you for calling bell and have a nice day with out answering me and hung up... five minutes later my phone was disconnected. After he said i had till the end of that day.
That day i paid it off and was on the phone to telus to receive a house line... we cut our cellphones down to the bare minimum (we still have free calling to each other, and we got unlimited text because he( my boyfriend) texts his friends instead of talking) so it was supposed to be under $40 a month... the operator told us we would be seeing a large credit on the account because we had paid for this month already(when i paid the $1000) and surprise our one year was this month(OCT 06) so we would also get our $50 dollars off....
we never used our cellphones... just to call each other .. if someone called, we told them to call our house and pretty much stopped taking cellphone calls... i mean its not like were popular like some people .. we hardly get calls as it is...
we almost felt relieved.... no cell phone bill this month.. WRONG it was $32 ......we had almost -$250 in credits and still owing $32... another almost $300 bill... for nothing...
I call and try and figure out why and i get the " it looks like your using too much time" "upgrade upgrade upgrade" crap.
i don't want an upgrade. i want a manager... "hold please"... "I'm sorry ma'am ill get you the manager i just need to ask you some more questions." blah blah blah b.s questions. i just get sick of it she said it would be 24-48 hours a manager would call... not....
anyways i tell her to print me off all my bills for the last year because i wanted to go over it with someone who knew what they were doing... i check the address she was to mail them to with her a dozen times, and she still sent it to my parents house....
so i still haven't received these over a month later...
anyways like this month... we never really used our phones at all... like we work together... we don't need them for anything... our friends know better then to call on our cells....we still have a $210 phone bill... i ha vent even seen my cell phone in like four days..but I just checked my bf's phone and he has made 6 calls in a 8 day period all short like 2 minute calls... obviously something up..
something big... but what...
We know for sure we are getting ripped off just have no way to prove it, and no one with the power to fix this problem will even take the time to talk to us. i am so stressed and at my wits end. Its so unfair ,forced to pay such huge amounts of money for a phone we never use. its so unfair to threaten us with bad credit or high phone bills, to take advantage of our ages, because you know no one will listen to us. i have noticed most people getting ripped off with you are 20-somethings.
If you are thinking of becoming a bell customer...DON'T!!!they have been nothing but hassle for anyone i know who's used them...if you mention bell in a group full of people, everyone who's been with them has a bad story to tell....seriously... just try... No one i know not even my parents can read there bills and they give you the run around time after time(ever notice that their logo looks like hes pretty dizzy?)... they get you in with promises of great things... of which you receive none... its been a nightmare for us ...almost $3000 in one year... pathetic. I only wish i had researched bell first.. you type in bell scam in google..... thousands of pages pop up...
On the cover of my contract folder it says " Clear Information Promise"

P.S i called bell today and asked to speak to a manager, apperntly i still have to wait 24-48 hours... check back in two days to see if they will keep that promise....
Here is a link the the better business bureau where everyone with problems can file a complaint. then the news station will get called out and Bell will be exposed for all the scams and crap they put us through.. and it can lead to a class action law suit.. lets deal with this head on people.. stop them from scewing us all
