manager call backs...

So i wrote the other day that i had called bell and ask to speak to manager... i got told "no managers dont come to the phone... they will call you back withen 24-48 hours, well today at 2pm was the deadline... 48 hours came and passed with out a phone call... so i called them again... (im so tierd of this) and to my surprise i asked to speak to a manager... and got one *gasp* you mean to tell me managers can talk to you with out having to call you back... LIES LIES LIES.....

anyways talking to this manager got me nowhere... cirlces...upsell..circles...upsell..im so dizzy...
he had the nerve to say "you have cut down your usuage by nearly half....."(actually we barely ever use them....) so then why is this bill just as high as every other bill we have recieved??????

Then on the subject of my $50 anniversary credit... the deal that hooked us...
when we signed up we were told we would get this on our one year anniversary... i can specificly remember the rep telling us " so that means next OCTOBER you will get $50 off and the OCTOBER after that you will get $100" MORE LIES.... after speaking with the Steve, the somewhat nice manager we are told... well no... all bcaa credits are taken off in December all at once... so we do have the credit coming our way just 2 months later then we agreed to ....

Now i think thats a breach of contract... and he says "well if you can show where in your contract it says this i will be more than happy to correct it..." well after reading through my contract of course there is nothing in there about our BCAA deal... so we are screwed there...

I asked him if any other cusotmers complain about the outrages bills... and he says no generally people are happy with our service.... my reply... you should Google the words... Bell Sucks... lol... no comment on his end...

anyways i couldnt deal with him anymore, i am trying to be calm and handle this like an adult, but its so hard and am far too emotional for this crap...

so i told him i was tierd of him talking circles, and that i wouldnt take this lying down...
i am printing up fliers this weekend and standing outside metrotown/guilford locations, stoping people before they go in to buy a phone from them... my parents are cancelling their plans this moment... they were smart enough to only sign a one year contract...

my dad is calling now because he got his $50 anniversary credit on his account last month... hmmm weird hey...

If i was told to rate there customer service between one and ten it would take but half a second for me to reply zero.

I would rather still be under my fido contract...lol...

we need support... other people with simmilar problems... i will promise you action will be taken and results will be shown...

keep readin, ill try and keep this up-to-date.... more info when my dad calls me back after he speaks to this steve guy.... probably not anytime soon hes been on hold for half and hour
